Receiving offers and negotiations:

Summarize and explain all offers for you

Make sure the buyers are well qualified financially

Prepare counter offers with your terms

Assist you in choosing the strongest and best offer
Upon accepting an offer and opening escrow:

Open escrow and make sure the buyer's earnest money is deposited

Coordinate inspections and order applicable reports

Deliver disclosures to the buyer's agent

Meet buyer's appraiser (if applicable) and provide strong
comparable sales -
Work in conjunction with the buyer's agent and lender (if applicable)

Facilitate the escrow and ensure all the contingency
removals and all timelines are on schedule for closing
Closing escrow:
