Many people have been asking: will home prices fall this year? Whether you’re a potential homebuyers, sellers or both, this definitely has an effect on both sides. Let’s break down what’s happening with home prices, where experts say they’re headed, and how this impacts your homeownership goals.
Recent data shows today's unsold inventory on the market is at 3.0-months’ supply, which means that the inventory is still relatively low for home prices to come crashing down like back then. Many homeowners have built up good amount of equity to sustain their mortage loans or sell their homes.
How are compensation being handled today?
As the results of the NAR Settlement in regards to the cooperative compensation lawsuit, ALL real estate agents nationwide have been adapting to the new practice changes implemented since August of 2024.
